An exciting new job opportunity has arisen at the Princess Royal University Hospital. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Runner to assist in the timely delivery of medication to wards and departments across the hospital.

The post holder will assist the pharmacy team in the delivery of a safe and efficient pharmacy service; reducing delays in discharges and critical medicines being delivered throughout the hospital.

Previous portering experience would be advantageous but is not essential, full training will be provided.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
