King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s largest and busiest teaching Trusts with a turnover of c£1 billion, 1.5 million patient contacts a year and more than 12,800 staff based across 5 main sites in South East London. The Trust provides a full range of local hospital services across its different sites, and specialist services from King’s College Hospital (KCH) sites at Denmark Hill in Camberwell and at the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) site in the London Borough of Bromley.

An exciting opportunity has presented for a recruitment expert to join our team. We are looking to fill the post of the Recruitment Partner leading on a number of clinical areas at King’s College Hospital – Denmark Hill site for 12 months with a potential extension at the end of the contract.

At King’s we have set up a managed recruitment service that provides a key link and recruitment expertise between hiring managers and an outsourced partner. Our goal is to improve our processes, reduce our vacancy rate and reliance on temporary staffing, minimise the time to hire as well as ensure a great experience both for candidates and hiring managers.

You will be a strong relationship manager, with effective communication and problem solving skills. You will also be analytical, numerate, and be passionate about and able to deliver an excellent service to your stakeholders. Ideally you will have sound experience and expertise working with NHS Terms and Conditions of Employment.

As the recruitment expert for your aligned division you will work closely with your recruiting managers, ensuring an effective end to end recruitment process, tracking and resolving issues and supporting managers to identify recruitment needs and strategies to fill vacancies.
