We are looking to recruit someone who has an in-depth understanding of RTT rules, pathway management and who has extensive experience managing and motivating teams. The role will manage staff based at Denmark Hill, Camberwell and the Princess Royal University Hospital, Farnborough.

The post holder will oversee all aspects of the Trust’s central RTT Tracking Team, so will require a strong people management background. This team has responsibility for ensuring data records and reporting relating to RTT waiting times are accurate, up to date and reflect both national and local policies. This is a critical role for the Trust, as achieving RTT waiting times is a one of the hospital’s top performance priorities.

As well as managing the central validation team, the post-holder will also work closely with divisional management teams to ensure RTT recording processes are robust and that pathways are being managed effectively. The post holder will also act as a deputy to the RTT Performance Manager as required.

This is an exciting and demanding role, therefore we are seeking an energetic, self-motivated person who is able to meet demanding targets and deadlines. Excellent IT and data analytical skills are essential to the role. Strong communication and influencing skills are also essential, as the post-holder will have an important leadership role across the Trust.
