Outpatient Appointment Co-ordinator’s Role (s)

37.5pw Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm

Do you have first class customer care experience in a high call volume area/front facing role?

If so, an opportunity has arisen within the Outpatient Appointment Centre (OPAC) for two positions of Outpatient Appointment Co-ordinator, 37.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to prioritise and organise a varied workload. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and advanced PiMS/PAS and e-RS use would be highly advantageous.

We welcome applications from candidates that will able to build effective working relationships with a wide multidisciplinary team, who can work using their own initiative and also have experience of working in a front line customer care role.
