Are you enthusiastic and hard working, with the ability to get on well with others? If so we require an assistant to carry out a wide range of duties within the Neuroradiology department. This is a specialised imaging department within the regional neuroscience unit at King’s College Hospital.
You will assist in the smooth running of the Neuroradiology department. You will be working with patients in a clinical environment, providing the highest standards of care. You will provide assistance to radiographers, nurses and other members of the multidisciplinary team within all areas of the Neuroradiology department, providing an efficient and effective service for patients. You will maintain high standards of hygiene and assist with stock keeping in the clinical area. You will also be expected to perform administration and clerical duties.
You should have a good basic education (GCSE or equivalent) and be willing to learn. You should be numerate and computer literate. You should be reliable, enthusiastic and helpful, pay attention to detail and have high personal standards. Candidates must have good communication skills, and experience of communicating with the public. Candidates should demonstrate their specific reasons for applying for this role.
All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a basic skills test, and those shortlisted from this will be invited to attend an interview.
