Medical Workforce Advisor (AfC Band 6)

Based within the Workforce Directorate, Kings College Hospital, Denmark Hill

An exciting opportunity to work at one of the largest NHS Trusts in London and extend your career in Medical staffing. With a focus on job planning, appraisal, e-leave and revalidation you will work within a busy medical staffing team and have the opportunity to experience working in other aspects of medical staffing. 

You will have practical knowledge of job planning, medical appraisal and revalidation in accordance with the NHS Medical Terms & Conditions. It is essential that you have experience in using SARD-JV e-job planning, e-appraisal and e-leave systems, or equivalent.  You also must have advanced IT skills with experience of producing reports using excel and HR e-systems.

You also need to be a team player who can work to deadlines, and are articulate in communication both verbally and in providing written reports.
