An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Human Resources Directorate at King’s College Hospital in the role of Staff Bank Contract Manager.

The Trust has an outsourced Staff Bank with Bank Partners who are taking over the contract from the Trust’s previous provider effective from the 1 July 2018. This is a new role at the Trust and will be the key link between staff at all levels of the organisation up to and including our executive and Bank Partners.

The role will also be heavily embedded within our STP work across our partner organisations to ensure the best outcomes are achieved in relation to bank and agency spend across South East London and beyond.

For context, the Staff Bank provider is responsible for providing a temporary staffing service for all staff groups throughout the Trust including Nursing and Midwifery staff, Medical and Dental staff, Allied Health Professionals and Administrative and Clerical staff to work alongside our permanent workforce.

The Staff Bank Contract Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Staff Bank provider meets their contractual obligations in providing a professional, high quality, proactive and responsive temporary staffing service to meet the needs of the Trust.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an expert knowledge of temporary staffing in and around the NHS to help with the successful transition to a new bank model at the Trust and to really make their mark on the service and wider Trust.
