We have an exciting opportunity at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to join our Finance team as a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk. Your role will be to manage, prioritise and action payment runs for the Trust’s creditor invoices within the allocated cash allowance. Along with other Senior Account Payable Clerks you will have responsibility to ensure that your designated supplier accounts are accurately accounted for within the Trust’s financial accounting system through the process of account reconciliations; resolving any outstanding issues with the suppliers and Trust staff.  You will have responsibility for raising new supplier accounts, ensuring that accurate supplier details are held on the financial accounting system.

The role requires team work, be self-motivated and an ability to work under pressure. Good computer skills are essential to this role and all applicants must be experienced in Microsoft Office products particularly Excel and Word.
