The role of the Programme management office is to provide the structure, governance process and critical challenge for CIPs and to report on progress, key issues and risks to enable key decisions and actions to be taken in a timely manner.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to provide programme management leadership for the Trust’s PMO and Cost Improvement Programme (CIP). The role will be supporting the business through a significant period of change and at a financially challenging time.
Candidates should have significant experience of management at a senior level where change management skills have been required and be able to communicate effectively with managers, executives, clinicians and front-line staff in order to engage them into adopting new ways of working to improve service delivery. The candidate should also be able to work autonomously and plan and prioritise work effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our hospitals.
