An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, caring and enthusiastic practitioner with a minimum of 2 years’ experience at band 6 as an adult nurse, occupational therapist or a mental health nurse to join our dedicated Dementia and Delirium (DAD) Team. The post holder will have previous hands on experience of caring for patients with dementia and/ or delirium and supporting their carers. You will also feel confident delivering DAD related training. The post holder will also have a sound working knowledge of and experience of using objective cognitive assessments either in an inpatient or outpatient setting (such as Memory Clinic).
