  • To be responsible for the management of administrative processes within the unit, ensuring the smooth running of outpatient clinics, liaising with the clinical teams and assisting patients as required:

  • To ensure the preparation of clinics are undertaken in a timely and professional manner and to ensure a first class reception service with an emphasis on greeting patients in a pleasant and informative way;

  • To support the day to day running of the Unit with particular attention to patient flow, environment and daily problem solving;

  • To support the clinical staff with patient flow management directing observations to prevent delays in the outpatient process;

  • Support an improved patient experience for those patients in KOPAU-BAS;

  • To supervise and facilitate the training of junior staff, and support students in the department;

  • To work with minimal supervision;

Applicant requirements
