Band 5 Pharmacy Technician – Stores and Distribution Manager.

An opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacy Technician to join our forward thinking, dynamic and friendly Pharmacy team at the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH). We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacy technician to lead our Stores and Distribution service.

The postholder is responsible for the day to day management of the pharmacy store which carries managerial responsibility for the staff working in stores and distribution.

The post holder will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the stores/distribution area, the top up service and stock control within the pharmacy stores of The Princess Royal University Hospital.

The Pharmacy department offers many opportunities for career progression. The successful candidate will be demonstrably highly motivated, a good team player and will have excellent communication, problem-solving & time management skills. Good IT skills would also be an advantage.
