Talent Pool Healthcare Assistant– Princess Royal University Hospital and Orpington Hospital

Do you enjoy providing high level of care to patients with a variety of needs?

We need dynamic Healthcare Assistant's to join our Hospital. Successful candidates will be initially placed in a talent pool and will be appointed to any vacancy that becomes available at any of our Bromley sites within two months of being interviewed.

Health Care Assistant (HCA) duties include supporting clinical staff in the provision of safe effective care to meet the needs of sick patients and their families. As part of your role you will assisting in maintaining high standards of quality care, patient safety and cleanliness on the wards. You will be ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained and helping to keep the ward tidy, with the safe storage of the equipment. We are looking for a calm, creative, flexible and efficient person who is able to work under conditions which can be sometimes stressful. You should be able to communicate clearly, work within a team, and be keen to learn within the scope of this role. The job involves shift work including nights.
