Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Clinical Fellow (ST2/3) in Neonatology for 6 months
We are seeking to recruit Clinical Fellow in Neonatology to work on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit @ King’s. The post offers the opportunity to advance the successful candidate’s neonatal training and administrative skills in a teaching hospital environment.
The Newborn Unit, which is supported by the Well Child Trust, is a Level Three unit and is recognised as one of the two Level 3 Perinatal Centres in the SE London neonatal network. Its subspecialties include respiratory medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, and thoracic, abdominal and ophthalmic surgery. Currently there are 24 ITU/HDU cots and 12 SCBU cots with 550 admissions per annum. The unit has an international reputation for its research directed by Prof Anne Greenough.
This post is suitable for Paediatric Doctors with some neonatal experience and eligibility to work in the UK. MRCPCH is highly desirable.The successful candidate will participate fully in the 11 person neonatal ST2/3 rota which is EWTD 2009 compliant.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
