As part of the commitment to improving and sustaining quality across the Trust we are looking for a talented individual who can lead the Quality Governance agenda within the organisation.

As the Director of Quality Governance you will provide inspirational and dynamic leadership to the Corporate Quality team to achieve quality and safety improvements

You will have a proven track record within Quality Governance and will have an advanced knowledge and understanding of NHS assurance, compliance and regulation alongside a commitment to improving patient safety and patient experience.

The post requires an individual who is a registered healthcare professional who is innovative, visionary and passionate about the quality of patient care.

You will have a collaborative approach to work, with strong negotiating skills and resilience as the ability to successfully manage a demanding and varied portfolio of work.
