Clinical Practice Facilitator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated, dynamic and committed individual to join our Practice Development Team within the Cardiovascular Division. We are looking for forward thinking practitioners who want to make a difference to staff development. Your role will be to help support, develop and guide all staff to reach their full potential, predominantly through clinical bedside supervision.
Candidates should be a clinical expert and must have an appropriate Cardiac/Critical Care course, mentorship qualification and also possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. You must be flexible as you would be expected to support staff within all areas of the department at the Denmark Hill site.
The Cardiovascular speciality consists of a Cardiology Ward with CCU, a Cardiothoracic Ward with HDU, a Recovery Unit (with ventilated patients), a Cardiovascular Ward and Cardiac Catheter Labs at the Denmark Hill site.
