 An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and competent infusion nurse to join our Infusion service at Princess Royal University Hospital Site, Kings College NHS Foundation Trust.  Interested parties should possess at least 3 years’ experience or equivalent at band 5, be proficient at cannulation.  An active interest in developing your skill set in providing supportive therapies to haemato-oncology, rheumatology, neurology, dermatology, and gastroenterology is desirable.

 The successful candidate will be working closely with a small team of nurses and unit sister in delivering outpatient services. You will be expected to manage a number of different intra venous catheters.  You will take part in the co-ordination of the unit on a rotational basis, training will be provided if required.

You will be supported by the matron and unit sister to continually develop the current service and maintain your clinical skills within the Trust.

You will need to have enthusiasm, drive and a genuine commitment to improving the experience of patients using our services. You will be someone who is comfortable working within a complex environment, is able to make good clinical decision making and is able to demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility.
