Description

King's College Hospital is part of King's Health Partners Academic Health Sciences Centre (AHSC), a pioneering collaboration between King's College London, and Guy's and St Thomas', King's College Hospital and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trusts.

We are looking to recruit an additional Information Systems Developer in the Performance Systems Development team, which forms part of the Trust’s Business Intelligence Unit (BIU).The team is responsible for the on-going development and management of the Trust’s performance management system, and corporate database and reporting systems.

As one of the Information Systems Developers, you will be working closely with other members of the team to support, develop and maintain the performance management reporting system and feeder data systems being introduced to the Trust.

You should be a graduate, or of graduate calibre, and with experience of query languages, systems/database administration and support, SSRS and/or other analysis tools to a good level. The right blend of IT and information analysis skills along with a will to improve reporting and systems shall mark out the successful candidates.

Experience in ETL and BI reporting tools will be desirable.

Excellent technical, analytical and communications skills; the ability to work alone, on your own initiative, and effectively in a team environment to strict deadlines; a professional and positive outlook with the flexibility to embrace change are essential to being successful in the post.
