We are seeking to appoint an exceptional professionally qualified Property Manager to our Capital, Estates and Facilities Team. The successful candidate will be dynamic with a ‘can do’ attitude and proven track record of managing Property portfolios in either private or public sectors. As Property Manager, you will need to have as a minimum a first degree in a property management related subject or be a member of a recognized professional property group. Also you will need to be diplomatic, with a proven ability to persuade and influence at all levels, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable working as part of a small management team.
